Since February 2025 St Saviours Church have been hosting music concerts in the Church/Church hall on the 1st Thursday of every month. (Aprils concert will be held on 09th)
Doors open at 7.00pm with a 7.30 start, tickets priced at £7 pp on the door. Refreshments will be available, before the concert starts and at the interval.
Concerts tend to end no later 9.30pm.
The concerts will be at St Saviours Church hall, Colemore Road, BH76RZ with entry in the link (the glass building connecting the church building to the hall)

Phil Dewhurst, known as Jinder, has a career spanning thirty years as a songwriter, author, and poet. He has toured with John Cooper Clarke and Benjamin Zephania. His discography includes fourteen albums, with the latest titled “A Million Points of Light.” One of his notable songs, “Keep Me In Your Heart,” gained popularity after being featured in the film “Fisherman’s Friends. The concert will include a mix of songs, storytelling, and humor. Attendees can expect to hear new material from the upcoming album. The performance will showcase Jinder’s work and provide an opportunity to engage with his music”. And as his latest album goes on launch on 5th June you will be first to hear some of his latest music and songs.

The concerts are an opportunity to see and hear, live, established and more frequently up and coming artists, musicians and bands form a wide range of musical genres.
St Saviours see this as an outreach opportunity; to engage on a social basis with our neighbours and local community. It will help build relationships, a community spirit and in addition help with funding our many Church groups including youth and children clubs, foodbanks and other charitable organisations we support.
