We have two halls available for hire:
- Ground floor hall (Holdenhurst Room), including use of kitchen – has hardwood floor
- Upstairs hall (Colemore Room), includes use of kitchenette – is carpeted
You can make a one-off booking or a regular booking for morning, afternoon or evening sessions:
- Morning: 9am – 1pm
- Afternoon: 1pm – 6pm
- Evening: 6pm – 10.30pm
Hire charges are reviewed annually. Our 2016-2017 charges per session are:
Ground floor hall (Holdenhurst Room):
- Single hire one-off session for non-church groups or organisations £55 per session
- Regular hire for commercial and business users £40 per session
- Regular hire for non-commercial organisations and charities £32 per session
Upstairs hall (Colemore Room):
- Single hire one-off session for non-church groups or organisations £43 per session
- Regular hire for commercial and business users £37.50 per session
- Regular hire for non-commercial organisations and charities £24.50 per session
We do not take bookings for Sundays, except for baptism/christening parties, when there is no charge. Donations are always appreciated.
We can offer preferential rates for regular church members at the discretion of our Hall Bookings Secretary, Margaret Shelton.
